Here are the steps we need you to follow so we can reconnect your Bigcommerce store to your app:

1. Login to your Bigcommerce management console
2. Click on "Setup & Tools" in the upper right hand corner
3. Click on "Legacy API Accounts" in the "Advanced Tools" column
4. Click "Create a Legacy API Account".
5. Enter the username "apptive".
6. Email the username, API Token and API Path to support@apptive.com.
