On rare occasions, stores can become disconnected from their apps. In order to correct this issue, please follow these steps:
- Go to https://apps.shopify.com/apptive
- Click "Get App"
- Follow the prompts, granting Apptive permission to access your store through the Shopify API.
- Go through the prompts until you get to the Apptive app builder screen. Once here, simply click close your browser tab. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RECREATE YOUR APP.
- When you are done, just send an email to support@apptive.com letting us know you've reinstalled Apptive and we'll get your store back up and running!
