            How to verify that the Apptive Management Console is installed on Shopify

            If you are having trouble finding or editing your app, your Apptive support technician may need you to verify that the Apptive Management Console is installed for your Shopify instance.

            1. Log in to Shopify.
            2. Click on "Apps"


            3. If Apptive is listed in the "Installed Apps" section you can move on to the next troubleshooting step requested.


            4. If Apptive is not listed in the "Installed Apps" section you will need to install it.
