On rare occasions, stores can become disconnected from their apps. In order to correct this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://apps.shopify.com/apptive
  2. Click "Get App"
  3. Follow the prompts, granting Apptive permission to access your store through the Shopify API.
  4. Go through the prompts until you get to the Apptive app builder screen. Once here, simply click close your browser tab. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RECREATE YOUR APP.
  5. When you are done, just send an email to support@apptive.com letting us know you've reinstalled Apptive and we'll get your store back up and running!
